Step 2 of 5

Write your notice letter

A fill-in letter for giving written notice the way your agreement asks. Works out the date your notice points to.

Read before you send
  • Check what your agreement says about how notice has to be sent (certified mail, a named address, email). Send it exactly that way. When in doubt, send by certified mail and email both.
  • Check the notice window. Some agreements only let you end them in a window before a renewal date.
  • Don’t stop paying fees or stop sending invoices on your own. Follow what your agreement says until your factor confirms the end date.

Your details

Used in every letter. Fill in what you know; the rest shows as [brackets] you can type over.

🔒 Everything you type or paste here stays in this browser. It is not sent to Haul Factor and not saved on our servers. Details are kept for this tab only so the letters can share them.

Your choices

What will you do with invoices until the end date?

Your letter

You can edit the letter right here before you copy it. Send it the way your agreement says, keep a copy, and keep proof of delivery.
