Review rules

Who can review, how replies work, when a review comes down, and what labels you may see.

Who can review

A carrier with an active MC or USDOT number that has confirmed it with a one-time code, or with a screenshot from their factor that a person at Haul Factor checked. One review per carrier per factor. Spot a mistake in yours? Email support@haulfactor.com.

Factors can reply. They can’t delete or edit.

A factor can reply once to each review, in public, right under it. A factor can also correct facts on its profile, like its fee schedule or contact details. A factor can’t edit a score, remove a review or pay to change either. Basic replies are free for every factor.

When a review comes down

Only for: fake or not from a carrier, off topic, threats or hate, personal information, or a legal order. The same standard applies to good reviews and bad ones. We keep a public count of removals by reason.

Report a review

Anyone can report a review at support@haulfactor.com with the reason. We answer, and if a review is removed we say why in the removal log.

Labels you may see

  • Verified carrier: the reviewer confirmed their MC or USDOT number with a code, or showed a screenshot from their factor that a person at Haul Factor checked.
  • Referred: the reviewer came through an invite or a link from a factor or road captain.
