By accessing or using the website at haulfactor.com or any associated forms, reviews or tools operated by Haul Factor (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Haul Factor is a brand operated by Golden River Global LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.
1. What Haul Factor Provides
Haul Factor publishes reviews of freight factoring companies written by verified carriers, factor scores and rankings worked out from those reviews, free tools such as calculators and checklists, and information about how factoring works. It is information, not legal, financial or tax advice. Read your own contract before you sign anything.
2. Reviews
If you leave a review, you confirm that you are authorized to speak for the carrier whose MC number you enter, that you have dealt with the factor you review, and that what you write is true to the best of your knowledge. You agree to follow our review rules. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish, display and keep your review, without your name or MC number, for as long as the site runs. We check each review before it appears and may hold or remove a review that breaks the rules, for example one that looks fake, is off topic, threatens or hates, contains personal information or is subject to a legal order. A factor cannot pay to change or remove a review. Some factors pay us a referral fee when a driver signs with them. You pay nothing extra, and it never changes a score or ranking.
3. Voluntary User Submissions
By completing a form or tool on our website, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of your business entity.
4. Communications & SMS Messaging Terms
Verification codes by text message or call are sent only to the phone number on the carrier’s public FMCSA record, to confirm a review. If you submit a form that shows our SMS disclosure, you agree to receive texts from Haul Factor about your request at the phone number you provide, on the following terms:
- Scope of Messages: Text messages sent by Haul Factor are strictly intended for follow-ups, account updates, and appointment scheduling notifications related to your business inquiry.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any text message received. Upon texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text acknowledging your unsubscription.
- Help: For help or questions regarding text messaging, reply HELP or contact support@haulfactor.com.
- Message Rates & Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
Standard message and data rates applied by your wireless carrier may apply. - Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, graphics, and text contained on haulfactor.com, other than reviews written by users, are the exclusive property of Haul Factor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haul Factor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, our website and communications services. Reviews are the opinions of the drivers who wrote them, not of Haul Factor.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
